Stacy Speas has a full time job at another company and provides tax prepartion services for Papi Professional Services during tax season. Stacy put herself through college, which quickly taught her self motivation and the value of a dollar. In 1992 Stacy graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, emphasis in Finance.

Stacy is now a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Stacy began her professional life as an Internal Auditor for a nationally accredited financial institution.  After leaving this position, Stacy provided audit and accounting consulting for the Denver office of a nationwide consulting firm before returning to banking.  Stacy became the Senior Auditor at another national financial institution.  

Stacy then decided stay home with her family. Stacy now had two children and she enjoyed her time at home, but became restless to continue her professional development. Stacy did not want a typical 9-5 job and did not want to return to banking.  Stacy wanted what friends called a "dream job" - a part-time, work from home position that would challenge her mind and improve her professional background.  Stacy had an established home office where she provided the accounting services for her husbands business.  Stacy enjoyed this and decided to find a position helping other small business owners with their accounting needs.  Stacy literally called Papi Professional Services after finding them in the yellow pages.  Papi is a family owned and operated company and Greg and Margie do not normally accept resumes or calls requesting employment.  However, the day Stacy called, Greg says God told him to "pay attention to this one".  Stacy says she was blessed with this "job", which is really more like coming to work with her family.  Stacy started with very part-time hours, all from home and then increased her hours and has worked for Papi for several years.  Now that her children are older, Stacy works full time as an accountant for another company and provides tax preparation for Papi during our busy tax season.
